Изменения декларации по налогу на прибыль, что и когда
ФНС собирается утвердить новую форму «прибыльной» декларации. Планируется, что она вступит в силу не ранее 28.01.2025, а применять ее нужно будет начиная с отчета за периоды 2025 года. Так, например, в Приложение № 2 к Листу 02 обновленной декларации: не потребуется отражать расходы организаций, использующих труд инвалидов. Такие расходы будут раскрываться в Приложении № 1

Июль 2024 – чек-лист для бухгалтера
1 июля последний день, когда нужно оплатить допвзносы по ИП за 2023 год. Сумму к уплате можно посмотреть в личном кабинете налогоплательщика, а откуда эта сумма взялась в разделе Типовая ситуация. Отметим, что эти взносы можно вычесть из налога при доходной УСН или из стоимости патента за 2024 год, но при условии, что ИП не

Налог на прибыль- планируемое повышение ставки! Когда и на сколько?
Ожидается, что с 1 января 2025 года налоговики поднимут процентную ставку по налогу на прибыль аж на 5 процентных пунктов. И будет она составлять 25%. Законопроект с соответствующими поправками в Налоговый кодекс одобрен правительственной комиссией по совершенствованию налоговой системы. В ближайшее время документ будет внесен на рассмотрение Госдумы. Текст этого законопроекта предусматривает повышение ставки и для IT-компаний. Напоминаем, что на данный момент
